is Delta-8 legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill, a federal act passed by Congress, legalized hemp in the United States. This language makes delta-8 legal, as long as it contains <0.3% THC and isn't banned in your state. Delta-8 is illegal in 20 states here in the U.S. We CANNOT ship products to those states.

what's the difference between Δ8& Δ9 THC?

Delta-8 and delta-9 are both forms of THC. Δ8 is derived from hemp, and Δ9 comes from marijuana. Both are forms of cannabis.
